Issue after applying latest PSU patch 180717 for WebLogic 12.1.3 on AIX server

After applying latest PSU 180717 for WebLogic 12.1.3 which is hosted on AIX servers, users are unable to boot PIA. This issue has already been reported to Oracle and development is currently working on this. A bug has been created with development for this.

Following are the details:

Bug 28423621 - UNABLE TO START PIA ON WEBLOGIC 12.1.3.0 ON AIX AFTER APPLYING PATCH 27919943
