How to restrict/remove list of Operating units in Supplier Site Creations(Address)

Hi,

Can anyone please help me to restrict/remove list of Operating units from Supplier Site Creations(Address) screens. I also tried with profile settings for MO: Operating Unit and MO:Security profiles with responsibility level.

Please refer screenshots for the Supplier address with OU's.
