modifyBootStrapCredential

I am trying to set up OAM on a server and am running into a problem. I am using the WLST to run the modifyBootStrapCredential because we had to copy down our main schema to a test one. When entering the modifyBootStrapCredential input as "modifyBootStrapCredential(jpsConfigFile='pathtojpsconfig.xml',username='username',password='plaintextpass') I get this as a response:
