LOAD_PLAN_DAILY produces unpredictable result.

Product  Primavera Analytics 17.12.

I have multi datasource environment , not all of them start properly on daily load.

LOAD_PLAN_DAILY produces unpredictable result, it used to complete properly but now looking for journal tables that may have been started automatically during project import


What i would wondering is, Does  LOAD PLAN START JOURNAL needs to be run before Daily Load. What is the proper procedure to run the Daily Load, (other than running INITIAL LOAD). any prerequisites.?
