Journal Import Error

We are attempting to use 'Flat File Journal Import' and we keep getting the following errors:

'Invalid Ledger Group value ACTUALS for business unit 10001' and

'Invalid Ledger value ACTUALS for business unit 10001.

ACTUALS is a valid ledger group in our system.  I've checked and my Periods are open for ACTUALS.

Any insight into why I am getting this error?
