Can PeopleSoft accept a link to employee self service from an app?

Our company is thinking about purchasing an app that employees could use to  go to various vendor websites.  They are wondering if the app company could add a link to employee self service so that employees will be directed from the app to enroll in their benefits.  Please let me know.  Thank you.
