parameter is not detected while running nvision process

Hi Team,

We are trying to run nvision reportbook in FSCM (9.2, 8.55.16). It is not detecting the parameter.

Below is the parameter:

%TOOLBIN%\PSNVS.EXE -CTMICROSFT -CDAXAASPRD -COS-KUMARI -CP%OPRPSWD% -R"adhoc" -I7344956 -OT7 -OF16 -OP%OUTDEST% -NHLhttps://finance-xyz.corp.intraxa/psp/ABCPRD_newwin/EMPLOYEE/ERP/c/REPORT_BOOKS.IC_RUN_DRILLDOWN.GBL?Action=A -NDL0

%TOOLBIN% is not detected by cfg file.

Similarly for working directory, It is coming as %DBBIN%.

Nvision process is defined in the server definition.

Please note that all other processes are working fine but only for nvision process, we are getting this issue. Due to which, process is in queued status.
