Solution for Issue "Tuxedo home cloning failed, error message" During PUM Image Deployment

If you deployed a PUM image on a host machine where a prior image existed and was removed and the current PUM image deployment failed with a message like the following: "Puppet (err): Tuxedo home cloning failed, error message: [Execution of 'D:\psft_hcm27\pt\bea\tuxedo/oui/bin/setup.exe -silent -clone -waitforcompletion -nowait -jreLoc /psft_hcm27/pt/jdk1.8.0_162", check out Root Cause 2 and Solution to Root Cause 2 in the following document: "Note 2145221.1 - E-DPK: Running DPK Setup Script psft-dpk-setup.ps1 Failed with "pt_profile::pt_tools_deployment failed...Tuxedo install failed, cleaning up the partial install..."
