Oracle RMS Cloud Service Conversion Strategy

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Can anyone help in figuring out following questions w.r.t RMS Cloud conversion approach?

1. Documentation mentioned that conversion will take place using SQL Loader, in that case, developers will get access to Database and can perform DML operations on tables?

2. Any options other than SQL Loader similar to Mass uploads or FBDI templates as in case of other Cloud offerings?

3. What is road map of Oracle w.r.t conversions if database access is not given?
