Issue in Creation of New TDS Vendor Type

I wish to create a new treshold seup with a new tds vendor type say 'NEW_VT'. I added the new vendor type within  'Asia/ Pacific Lookups' under the type named 'JAI_TDS_VENDOR_TYPE'.

While going for creation of New threshold setup under the 'threshold setup' screen, I entered the regime as TDS, but when I click on Vendor Type LOV the newly added vendor type 'NEW_VT' does not show up. Can someone please guide me, if I am missing something or the setup has changes post GST. We are on R12.1.3.
