How Collection Status changed from Current to Deliquent

Hi,

Advance collection setup done.

I just want to know how status has been changed from current to deliquent.

I am aware of that, some scoring components and scoring engine need to be set after that we need to run concurrent IEX: Scoring Engine Harness concurrent.

Can anybody give me exact scoring components and scoring engine to be used to determine the status
