Some questions about materialized views:

  1. In demo and production environment DDDAUDIT shows:

(MVIEWS-3) Materialized Views missing related language record for:

Materialized View Name Related Record Name    OwnerID

-------------------------------- ----------------------------     -------

APOP_VENDOR_MV APOP_VENDOR_LVW     FAP

1 Total Rows

This is a delivered view and a delivered related record view. 

Why is this on DDDAUDIT, and how can I fix it?

2.  We are running on an Oracle database.  Are PeopleSoft materialized views created as materialized views on the Oracle database?

We ran sql against dba_mviews and there are no rows. We ran sql against dba_views and these views are there.
