Enabling 2 factor authentication in PeopleSoft

Requirement is to setup 2 factor authentication in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 on PeopleTools 8.55.24 and  Weblogic 12c.

We did come across the below document on how this can be setup for applications running on Weblogic. Looking for documents of setting this up in PeopleSoft.
