Node HPROD cannot be renamed. Node referenced in runtime tables. (158,2760)

We are refreshing DEV with a copy of PROD and getting the above error when attempting to re-name HPROD to HDEV.  Is there an additional Data mover script to run before re-naming this default node from prod to dev?  Environment specs are in attached.
