Managing Reconciliation using Reconciliation Workbench

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 PT 8.53, does have the menu and commands as shown in the document refer URL: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E39583_01/fscm92pbr0/eng/fscm/fglr/task_ManagingReconciliationsUsingTheReconciliationWorkbenc…

Could anyone guide as to what's the end point of doing this activity of reconciliation i.e. is the ledger view or the ledger report will now not contain the transactions which are already reconciled or will they still show up. Unable, to know with exactness what's the end-point objective of this activity.

Anyone, already using this if share his/her valuable experience will be highly appreciated.
