Nice to Have - clear process scheduler and PIA cache from inside psadmin

The psadmin tool needs a way to delete the process scheduler cache from inside the utility.  There's one there for the app server, why not the process scheduler?  The same question also applies now that the PIA is in the psadmin tool - why not a method to delete the cache for the PIA too?
