EOM error logs?

both of our EOM's have stopped showing data. The comm-monitor connections show the data is being sent. I have restarted the boxes. It works for a short period of time then shows an error at the bottom stating:

"Error:Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request"

Are there any logs that we can check?
