Encountered an error in OCSDM

Good Day,

     I'm searching with the same case as this:

[nncentral@nncentral bin]$ ./startnnc.sh

Starting Back-End server now

15 of 23 services have started...

Exception thrown in checkCoreServices(). Reason: SERVICE_FAILURE:  Core Service [ DeviceService ] failed to start: SERVICE_FAILURE: Unable to start service [ DeviceService ] Reason: Encountered an error. Exception:  Unable to create and submit Device cluster logs purge task. ErrorCode:1007 Action: Please save all logs and contact your system administrator.

Triggering server shutdown...

Any insights? and how to treat it?
