Report data not refreshing

I'm a PeopleSoft developer just learning BI Publisher technology as we've just gone live on PeopleTools 8.55 and contractors converted all our existing Crystal Reports to BI Publisher.

I just modified an existing custom Voucher report in PS FSCM 9.1/PT 8.55 by adding one field and after modifying it, the data no longer refreshes when I run the report although the field I added now displays. Whatever voucher ID I use in running the report (from a button on the delivered Voucher page),  the report keeps displaying data for the first voucher ID I tested.  

Can anyone spot anything I may have missed from my steps below, or have any information that I may need to know about BI Publisher?.
