in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Friends,

We have client environments with 2 node cluster FMW 12.2.1.1.0 installed with WLS/SOA/OSB/BPM/ADF/B2B as managed servers. We have to upgrade it to 12.2.1.3.0... Can anyone please guide me the steps on how to achieve it or any proper documentation in step by step.
