Where can I find a file for Japan banks for Bank-Branch file under common definitions?

navigation - Setup Financials/Supply Chain > Common Definitions > Bank Branch file > Load Bank Branch File

I've looked on the Japan Banking Association website, but all I find is webpages that have hyperlinks to search by bank.  I cannot find a file that can be downloaded that includes all banks.
