The general PeopleSoft delivered process is whenever the client is going to take some action(Approve/Deny/Pushback) on leave request,location change etc. a new mail body will open.

The approver will put his/her comments and click on the send button that will send the mail to the central mail repository from where the delivered application engine EOAW_EMC will read the mail body.

Client's requirement is that - no new email body to be opened - instead the approve/deny action coupled with comments (may be captured in a pop-up) to be actioned from the same email only.
