Psoft 9.2 nvision report poor performance on web compared to client

Psoft Fin 9.2, Ptools 8.55.13: For one-individual nvision report, so this is NOT a wide-spread issue, The performance when running on the Web is much slower than when running on the nvision client.  This is a Matrix-based report that nplodes Project_ids.  When I look at the trace, it appears as though the slowdown occurs when the report is retrieving labels, such as project descr.  This is a relatively large report, but again, performance when running on the nvision Client is pretty good.  When running on the Client, the report successfully completes in less than 5 minutes.  On the other hand, when running on the web, the report takes
