RMAN Duplicate on second node fails and worked well the next day

i have a problem and no more ideas to fix.

Let me describe:

I have two solaris 11 server running 12.2 database with Dataguard, everthing is o.k.!

Because of organisational reasons sometimes clones  from productive database are needed. This clones run also on the productive server.

For safty reasons we decided to make clone on primary server (this clone will be up and running), and make one clone on standby server (this clone will be shut down after cloning).

The clones are done from backup, the backup was made on disk (NFS-share).
