Advance Collections Dunning Letter Delivery Status

Hello,

Quick Question regarding the Dunning Letter delivery, found  that the Dunning Letter Delivery Status as 'xmldata' under transactions > dunning history . But I'm wondering if those dunning letters have been really sent out?  "Xmldata" and NOT successful under column "delivery status". See attachments.
