How or where is field BNK_RATE_MULT populated from in CASH_FLOW_TR Table?

We are on PeopleSoft 9.1 and wanted to know when is field BNK_RATE_MULT used in CASH_FLOW_TR table. Can anyone tell how are fields BNK_RATE_MULT, are BNK_RATE_DIV are populated in CASH_FLOW_TR and are these fields utilized to create Accounting entries?
