Getting message "Please wait for the initialization to finish" when try to access HCM Fluid page.

For our Peoplesoft users we have Fluid page to View Paycheck. It suddenly stop working.  When ever we try to access view paycheck by clicking tile we are getting following message. 

Please wait for the initialization to finish.

We have deleted all necessary web and app. server cache and checked security but no success.

Any help will be appreciated.
