The output of the report is not generating .pdf file.

We are on PeopleTOols 8.54.19 and HCM 9.2 PUM 22. When running the VET process, the output of the report is not generating .pdf file. The logs says it is going to 'log_output' directory (appserv/prcs/HCMDEV/log_output/SQR_PER027_412133/per027_412133.PDF")  but nothing is there. I can run the sample 'Generates 2 Copies of XRFWIN' report and see the pdf output. Any help is much appreciated.

Running the Vet-100 Process (DEV instance)

  1. Navigation: Main Menu > Workforce Monitoring > Meet Regulatory Rqmts > VETS Reports > VETS Process

  1. VETS Process

Selection criteria: Report Type – VETS-4212; All Establishments

  1. Select RUN
