PTF execution from PIA

Hi,

I am having a requirement where i wanna execute Peoplesoft test framework Test case through PIA as per below :

1. User will login to PIA and navigate to the custom run page.

2. User will select a test case from lookup which is to be run and click on RUN button provided on our page.

3. After that a custom process will run and execute the test case.

Kindly suggest how to achieve this functionality.
