Fluid Tile Loses Target Page/Security Info when Migrated via Data Migration Workbench

Hello,

I'm attempting to migrate a custom fluid tile created via Tile Wizard between environments. I've included the PTPPB_GROUPLET Data Set as noted in the article "E-FLUID : Migrate Fluid Tile (Doc ID 2213853.1)". The tile appears to have migrated successfully as far as the processing and validation goes in Data Migration Workbench. However, when I go to review the tile in the target environment's Tile Wizard, the previous target page/security information no longer exists and has to be set back up. See attached screenshots for comparison.

Is there a way to use ADS/Data Migration Workbench to successfully migrate the information about the Target Page and Target Security? Or does that have to be set up again every time in the new environment.
