Is anyone still using the PeopleSoft Budget and Planning Module 9.1?

There has been no new development for a few years and the latest release is 9.1. We want to be
able to upload direct to the line item table and would like to know if others have done this through an upload or etl. There is a delivered ExceltoCI budget upload, but it is not very
flexible and allows only one planning center/department to be uploaded at a time. We need to be able to upload several departments at once for both existing and new account/department combinations.

I wasn't sure where to post this since the PSFT EPM community said read only.
