GST Registration Regarding

Hi All,

I have prepared the Purchase order with GST, When i prepare the purchase order, i have selected the Ship To Location as Tamil Nadu in PO Headers and i have selected Karnataka Ship To location in PO Shipments. There are two different Ship to locations is selected in this Purchase order. How the system consider this purchase order and GST Accounting generate under which registration Tamil Nadu or Karnataka.
