AWE Line Level Approval Request Emails Not All Being Sent
Hi all.
I'm on PeopleTools 8.55.13 and App 9.2.21
I've working through a custom application that requires line level approval and the routing all seems to be working.
Within my application I have an area were a user requests access to Resources.
For each Resource I have a Path defined with criteria that locks the path down to that specific Resource.
For each step in the Path I have criteria that will only allow routing if the Workflow Status of that step is blank, equal to "S" (submitted) or equal to "D" (denied).
My challenge occurs when I have multiple routings due to multiple resources being added and I have an approver that shows up in more than one path.
