GST tax lines not importing properly

Hi,

We used to interface the AR invoices with GST taxes since GST implementation. Recently, found some of the invoices are created with no tax lines. In India Tax details form, there are tax categories for all the items and few of the items tax line are not created. Hence, the tax accounting are not happened.

Using 12.1.3 and RUP11, applied Jun-18 consolidation patch

Please guide if any idea on getting this resolved.
