AR invoice tax lines are not created thru interface

Hi,

We used to interface the AR invoices with GST taxes since GST implementation. Recently, found some of the invoices are created with no tax lines.

We could find the tax categories for all the items in India tax Details form. But, the SGST, CGST tax lines for the categories have not updated for some of the items. Due to this, the tax accounting distributions not created.

Have checked the third party assignment also, and found for all the customers updated.

Using 12.1.3 and RUP11, applied Jun-18 consolidation patch

Please guide if any idea on getting this resolved.
