Generic Template variables above %9 are not resolved

Hi,

For the Cash Advances Sent back Template, we added an additional field in the Generic Template - %10(Approval Level)

And Also in the SQL identifier, we have added the select field as well.  % variables are not getting resolved.  We tried using the workaround %010 as well for the new variable but, it is not working.

Kindly review and let us know if there is a way to resolve this.
