Worklfow-Run button is not available.

Hello,

I have logged in as a system administrator, Workflow administrator responsibility and still could not see the button to run the workflow. Usually there is a run icon beside the Description column below.  Below is the screenshot for it:

It was available before in our Dev environment but when we cloned with current Prod it is not available anymore. Note: The workflow run button is available in the Production currently. I would appreciate the help.
