Slow performance after PT 8.56.09 / PUM 28 upgrades

Hello,

We are in the midst of upgrading from PeopleTools 8.55.14 and PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 PUM 23 to PT 8.56.09 and FSCM 9.2.028.  Our business testers have noted several processes are running significantly slower than in Prod:

- FS_ALLC (aka “allocations”)
     - Ran for 110 minutes in Test Move 2 vs Prod which only takes 50 minutes (tested more than once to eliminate caching).
- GL_JP (aka “journal unposting”)
     - Ran for 60 minutes in Test Move 2, not sure how much quicker this runs in Prod, but tested more than once to eliminate caching.

     - Note:  This unposting process may be part of an annual process, or just a "I need to rerun allocations" scenario, but either way our business testers have done this in Prod to know it runs much slower in TM2.
