PO RECEIPT WORKFLOW-CUSTOMIZING

Hello,

We have a requirement where when an item is received we can allow over tolerance greater than 10%. So, when we have receive tolerance over 10% we need to send a notification to the buyer saying that it exceeded 10% with the Qty exceeded. The seeded workflow PO Confirm Receipt has different functionality and would like to know if we can implement the above scenario on the current workflow 'PO RECEIPT'. We have not been using the workflow but as the requirement for the client I looked up the 'PORECEIPT' WORKFLOW. Please provide any suggestions.
