OAM 10g webgate.dll downloaded to client browser

Hi All,

I have a customer that is in migration phase to a more recent OAM version, but now they are with some problems in the OAM 10g version.

They have a webgate 10 installed on iis and a login page developed and deployed on tomcat app server. In an intermittent way using IE, Firefox or chrome, when accessing a protected resource, some times the webgate.dll file is downloaded to the client browser and the user is not redirected to login page.

Do you know if there is any problem or setting related with this issue?
