Is there a way to regenerate/referesh the lists automatically?

Hi,

We have several list that were created using Audience Workbench and currently business is refreshing all the lists manually to regenerate the list data. This is consuming lot of time. Generation type can be Full refresh or Append new records.

Is there any program or alternate options available to regenerate the list automatically

Navigation:

Audience Administrator > Audience Administration Dashboard > Audience Workbench > Lists
