Spreadsheet journal upload template (GL v9.2) not working in windows 10 operating system

When I am trying to import journals through Spreadsheet upload template (PeopleSoft GL v9.2. Template Name: JRNL1_WS.xlsx) in Windows 10 OS, excel sheet was closed abruptly as soon as I click the "+" button on journal header part.

Neither I am unable to edit an existing journal nor create a new journal (using "New Sheet" option too.).

Can someone please tell me the solution for this.
