How can we reject Claim partially and accept partially for an Invoice during claim procecss

We have a scenario where client imports few products and some of the items ITC need to reverse as these input product is used for Free of cost samples and these are not eligible to claim ITC.

So how to partially claim ITC and reverse the balance of an Invoice,
