Normal Balance Violation: A natural Debit Balance account looks like recon is throwing out a normal

One recon for august period is showing "normal balance violation" warning. it mean is showing balance is credit in Account Reconciliation Manager. but it is actually a debit in Oracle GL.

Please let me know any idea on the scenario.
