COBOL directory may be out of sync

We get current twice a year on HCM 9.2

Sometimes the deploy files work and sometimes it does not.

We just applied Image 27.

Just reaching out to see what the impact would be if I were to copy all the COBOL from PUM Image 27 and place into my directory.  My gut says I cannot due to dms stored statements that might not have run.

Is there easy way to identify which programs are different?  We are on Linux.
