Amortization Expenses: chartfields inheritance

Hi,

We are interested in Amortization Expenses new functionality.

I have tested it, and is good, but I was wondering if there's any way that Expense account , set up at the template, could inherit  voucher prepayment chartfield distribution. Otherwise, if you are using departments for the expenses accountability, system forces you to create as many templates as departments you are using.

Other option, not as good, could be to modify the journal before approving it.. Is it possible?
