Can we set target as points interns of setting a target amount to check performance measure in Oracl

We have a requirement in OIC where the transaction amount done by the sales person on a product is converted into points and is compared with the target which are also in terms of points.

Could you please clarify is there a possibility for this in standard OIC without customization.
