Excel to CI Error Message - Row Already Exists

When using Position Data Excel to CI to create approximately 100 new positions, we are getting the error message "Row already exists with the specified keys".  We are not assigning a position number.  We are allowing it to be auto assigned.  This had been previously tested without any issues.   Has anyone encountered this issue? If so, what did you do to resolve this?

We are on 9.2, PUM23 and PTools 8.55.25.
