Anyone have an issue installing Tuxedo RP108 on Linux (July 2018 CPU)?

I am trying to install Tuxedo RP108 (patch 28005865) in our HCM 9.2 demo environment. This is actually a PUM Image (21) that matches our environments (PeopleTools 8.55.21, tax updates, etc.). We apply patches to our demo environment first before applying to our non-prod and prod environments. I get the following error when I try to install this.
