we have created a voucher way back 2007 however no activity has been performed and the vendor of that particular started transaction in 2018.

technical question: Are system-generated journal IDs reused? Maybe there are two different journal entries with the same number, one in 2007, one in 2018

how do we uniquely identify journals in the system when we need to look up vouchers associated with them
